1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ignis, you accept these terms of use. Ignis is the new home of Via Divina; your account and your content remain accessible.

2. Service Description

Ignis offers the Catholic spiritual formation Via Divina, practical guides, Ignispedia, words of saints, a community and tools for your prayer life.

Registration is free. The access conditions specific to each path are stated on its page. Financial support for the mission is optional.

3. Registration and Account

You must create an account to use certain Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 16 years old (minors under 18 must obtain parental consent)

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited behaviors

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Post offensive, hateful, or content contrary to the Catholic faith
• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
• Distribute spam, viruses or any malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the Platform content

5. Intellectual Property

Original content is protected by copyright and belongs to its authors or their rights holders. Third-party works, quotations and illustrations retain their own sources and licenses.

You may view and use the content for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without authorization.

6. Donations and Payments

Voluntary donations support the creation and distribution of content, the upkeep of the tools and the evangelization mission of Ignis.

Payments are secured by Stripe. Donations are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly donation at any time from your profile.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take care to keep Ignis running smoothly and fix errors reported to us. The service may experience interruptions. Spiritual content does not replace personal guidance from a priest or a spiritual director. These terms do not limit the rights guaranteed to you by law.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or via the Platform.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
